Terms & Conditions – C3 Car Care Center
By availing services from C3 Car Care Center, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Scope of Services
C3 Car Care Center provides automobile detailing, Paint Protection Film installation, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related car care services as agreed at the time of booking.
- Service Approval
All services are carried out only after customer approval of the scope of work and pricing. Any additional work requested later may incur extra charges.
- Timeframes
Service timelines provided are estimated and may vary depending on vehicle condition, product curing time, or unforeseen technical factors.
- Warranty
Warranty on Paint Protection Film or coating services, if applicable, is provided as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors.
- Limitation of Liability
C3 Car Care Center is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing vehicle damage
• Manufacturing defects
• Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to the service performed
• Damage caused due to customer negligence after service completion
- Vehicle Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect their vehicle at the time of delivery. Any concerns must be raised immediately.
- Governing Law
All services are subject to the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
