Refund & Cancellation Policy

At C3 Car Care Center, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions.

  1. Service Booking & Advance Payment

Some services may require advance payment to confirm bookings, order materials, or reserve service slots. Advance payments are adjusted against the final invoice.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    • If a service appointment is cancelled before work has started, the advance amount may be refunded after deducting any processing or material ordering costs, if applicable.
    • If cancellation is requested after work has started, no refund will be applicable.
  2. Refund Policy
    • Once a service has been completed, refunds are not applicable.
    • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction arising from changes in personal preference after service completion.
  3. Product-Based Services

For services involving Paint Protection Film, ceramic coating, or similar products, refunds are not applicable once installation has begun, as these are customized and irreversible services.

  1. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
