- Service Booking & Advance Payment
Some services may require advance payment to confirm bookings, order materials, or reserve service slots. Advance payments are adjusted against the final invoice.
- Cancellation Policy
• If a service appointment is cancelled before work has started, the advance amount may be refunded after deducting any processing or material ordering costs, if applicable.
• If cancellation is requested after work has started, no refund will be applicable. - Refund Policy
• Once a service has been completed, refunds are not applicable.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction arising from changes in personal preference after service completion. - Product-Based Services
For services involving Paint Protection Film, ceramic coating, or similar products, refunds are not applicable once installation has begun, as these are customized and irreversible services.
- Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
